Sostituzione ammortizzatore anteriore tm 601/703

Ho fatto foto ammortizzatore anteriore montto su Ape
Ho misurato la molla con Ape sollevato, è lunga 27cm
Ho misurato la molla con Ape abbassato la molla diventa 24cm
Si comprime troppo?

27cm - 24cm seems excessive compression. Mine is 27cm unloaded and 26cm when compressed. Take your camera and a tape measure. Jack up the Ape so the front wheel is off the floor. Put the tip of the tape measure at the top on the outside of the spring so it's against the upper forging and take a measurement down to the top of the cup on the shock absorber that holds the spring in place. This will give you a more accurate measurement.
Then take another measurement with the jack (cric) removed so weight is on the front wheel. Take photos of both measurements so I can see and give me the figures. I will again compare the measurements with mine. Ken

Ho avuto il tuo stesso problema sulla sospensione anteriore del mio tm 602.
Io non ho trovato in commercio il modello che hai trovato tu con la R finale sul codice
che significa rinforzato, io ne ho modificato uno nuovo artigianalmente aggiungendo una
boccola sotto la flangia di precarico , come ho già postato , ora l'ape va bene.

Si certo come dice Ken non è difficile,
basta togliere i coperchietti di protezione sul cassone allentare il dado superiore ,
allentare il bullone di fissaggio sul trapezio , abbassare lo stesso, con ape sollevata e
sfilare l'ammortizzatore con relativo gommone .
Per rimontare fissare prima lo stelo al cassone , sarà più semplice essendo ammortizzatori
a semplice effetto , rientrano molto facilmente, potrebbe essere più difficile fissare prima sul trapezio

Si certo come dice Ken non è difficile,
basta togliere i coperchietti di protezione sul cassone allentare il dado superiore ,
allentare il bullone di fissaggio sul trapezio , abbassare lo stesso, con ape sollevata e
sfilare l'ammortizzatore con relativo gommone .
Per rimontare fissare prima lo stelo al cassone , sarà più semplice essendo ammortizzatori
a semplice effetto , rientrano molto facilmente, potrebbe essere più difficile fissare prima sul trapezio

Per sostituire gli ammortizzatori post non serve alzare tanto l'ape,
svitato il dado sopra e fatto scendere lo stelo con un semplice cacciavite basta poco
spazio per farlo uscire .
