praticamente quando viaggia dritta, il volante rimane sterzato di un po' verso sinistra..come un auto con la convergenza sballata
cosi esaminando la forcella ho visto che aveva il perno dello snodo a sbalzo, che aveva consumato la celletta e i rulli non c'erano piu da una parte.. E questo lasciava la ruota abbastanza storta e instabile..
Cosi ho smontato la forcella e l'ho portata in rettifica a fargli sostituire il famoso perno..
Oggi l'ho rimontata e alla prima prova niente,non é cambiato nulla,viaggia sempre col volante storto..
Mettendo il volante dritto e guardandola frontalmente si nota che la ruota é un po' sterzata..
First of all - a picture is worth a thousand words. Second - did you pull the entire steering column to check both upper and lower bearings and their seats? Third - did you pull the front hub to see if the bearing is OK? You might check this restoration photo file, it may help. Ken
Prima di tutto - una foto vale più di mille parole. In secondo luogo - non hai schiacciato l'intera colonna dello sterzo per controllare entrambi i cuscinetti superiori e inferiori e le loro sedi? In terzo luogo - ha tirare il mozzo anteriore per vedere se il cuscinetto è OK? Si i cuscinetti "sfere" sono apposto, nel rimontare la colonna li ho sostituiti e ingrassati ..

Cmq per il momento ..questa foto indica il perno dello snodo che ho fatto sostituire..quello dietro l'ammortizzatore per intenderci
Unless you've hit something to bend the steering column I would pay attention to the front hub. Jack up the front of the Ape and see by twisting the wheel side to side and front to back if there's any movement. You may find the nut #6 in T53 photo is loose. The chamfered nut #11 in T56 photo may also be loose. You can tighten it to the required specification in the Manual and see if it's moved from the location where it was punched in the groove to lock it. Internally in T56 photo you may find worn bearings. - Ken
A meno che non hai raggiunto qualcosa di piegare il piantone dello sterzo vorrei prestare attenzione al mozzo anteriore. Cricco su la parte anteriore della Ape e vedere ruotando il lato a lato e ruota anteriore a quella posteriore se c'è qualsiasi movimento. Potete trovare il dado # 6 in T53 foto è allentato. Il dado smussati # 11 in foto T56 può anche essere sciolto. Si può stringere per le specifiche richieste nel manuale e vedere se è spostato dalla posizione in cui è stato perforato nella scanalatura per bloccarlo. Internamente in T56 foto si possono trovare i cuscinetti usurati. - Ken

La mia ape non so di che anno é , l' ho recuperata prima che venisse fatta a pezzi
Era in pessime condizioni , la usavano per spargere il sale sulle strade ghiacciate e aveva tutte le lamiere corrose e bucate
Ha piu di 80.000 km
