Visto il motore che ha, senza pedaliera ciclistica,

è certamente POST 1959,

quando con il Nuovo Codice della Strada,

venne abolito l'obbligo di avere la pedaliera tipo bicicletta
per i ciclomotori, e quindi anche i motocarrini 50 cc ,

First and only time I've ever seen a photo of an Atala. It was posted on Subito.it, that's where I got the 1950 from. Interesting! Found another photo of an Atala motocarro. - Ken

Oh my goodness, a P501! (not really, it's a Garelli 50cc with a P501 front fender - slightly modified to fit the original headlight) - Ken
