Ricambi carrozzeria indiani

Sarebbe interessante capire se questo fondo di ricambio per Rickshaw sia adattabile in qualche modo all'Ape 175. Nel caso non avessi ancora completato il restauro del mio fondo, avrei sicuramente approfondito la vicenda.

le misure sono differente per quasi tutti i pezzi..............
anche i ricambi del motore sono diversi.
per chi guarda veloce pare uguale ma la realta e diverso.
per i api piu moderni e un altra cosa ma dovete chiedere a ken.

I have received replies to my inquiries regarding these parts but in almost every instance they'd like drawings and specifications for the particular body part ( my request was for a pianale bed, complete). Once they had drawings & specs they'd quote on producing them. Only a visit in person could confirm actual dimensions and quality. I can obtain new pianale bed complete with side panels, tailgate and motor hatch direct from Piaggio India. Ken

Salve!
Tempo fa ho contattato una ditta di milano che importa veicoli esteri e abbiamo scambiato qualche mail su una eventuale importazione dell'ape calessino dall'India: omologandolo in germania e poi quà in Italia.
Ora, non sò se i lamierati quì riportati sono uguali o diversi dalle nostre api.
Se qualcuno deve fare qualche acquisto, a me serve un pò di materiale.

What's interesting is that the 1.3tonner is no longer being produced in India for their market. It's the same as the Piaggio Classic, with the Lombardini engine 422cc. Instead they are producing the Ape Xtra using the same long chassis with a stronger clutch and a much improved loading bed. It will be interesting to see how this affects the Classic. I need to order more parts so I'll find out shortly. Ken
