hello ken I replaced the distributor of pins and the bee broken. hours seems, smokes a bit and can not stand the slightest. besides making the mixture less fat, what could I do?

First of all, reply in Italian. There are others who can help and I will translate your message to understand it myself. If it runs, even for a short while and doesn't backfire (If it backfires the timing is off by 180degrees) then pull the plug, clean it and try starting it again. With a fouled plug from old oil/gas mixture you will have problems so clean the plug. Don't adjust the carburetor just yet, try and get it to run first. After sitting a long time there will be lots of blue smoke until the carburetor is somewhat cleaner and new fuel mix is going into the engine. Take a photo of the plug when you remove it before cleaning. I NEED TO KNOW IF IT BACKFIRES WHEN YOU TRY AND START IT - Also take a photo of the distributor showing the bolt in the slide so I can see. Ken

Someone jump in here and help me - translation leaves me with problems without photos and without a clear understanding of what is working and what isn't. I need to see the slide on the distributor so I can see what adjustments are possible if the motor is running. Ken

scasami perchè non mi sono fatto più sentire, ma il lavoro mi ha tolto molto tempo e non riuscivo ad avere un'attimo per stare al PC per scriverti. La mia ape è partita!!! però non riesco a carburarla, forse ho le puntine regolate male??? ti mando alcune foto cosi potrai capire meglio.........

Step #7 - take off the distributor cap. Loosen the distributor bolt and rotate the distributor clockwise until the points are just beginning to open. The timing should now be correct and would only require minor adjustment. Put the cap back on the distributor and fire it up. Usually the tightened bolt will be in the middle of the slide. - Ken

there is no real difference with last year.
(apart from two broken plexiglass windows)
