AC4 Speedo

Hi!

Does anyone know which speedo was mounted originally on the AC4?

Is it similar to the speedos mounted on the vespa VNA or VNB models or did they have a different scale?

i have seen them with 2 scales 110 and 90 .

The VNA and VNBs I know had a speedo with 90 kmh.
I´ve never seen an original one with 110, are you sure?

So I don´t think that the AC speedo was originally with 110.

This is the photo of my AD1 speedo (90km/h). It is different from the other AD1 Speedo. It was one of the Piaggio accessories of the time.

Today I got a nice NOS Rolle acessory speedo for VNA/B.

Unfortunately the mounting bolts don´t fit into the Ape handlebar:

Maybe that´s the difference between the Vespa and Ape speedos?!

I don't know, it would be strange but possible. The upper part of the speedo (glass, rimm ecc) it is the same of some models of vespa (surely), but the bototm part it can be different.
Besiedes there is another consideration: scale of 100 km/h is ok for Vespa, but it isn't enough for the ape C. It should be necessary at least 120-140 km/h

It is a great speedo. Try to adapt it.
