Is it a 190cc? Very nice box... Good work!

The box looked nice but not planned out very well. I found a broken piece from the cylinder head in the bottom of the box. The owner had dropped the engine on the floor of his garage and broke the rear motor mount and had to have expensive welding done to repair it. I will know more when I get it out and on my test stand so I can start to rebuild the engine. - Ken

La scatola sembra bello, ma non pianificato molto bene. Ho trovato un pezzo rotto dalla testata nel fondo della scatola. Il proprietario è sceso il motore sul pavimento del suo garage e si è rotto il motore posteriore monte e ha dovuto essere costoso saldatura fatto per ripararlo. Saprò di più quando ho capito fuori e sul mio banco di prova in modo da poter cominciare a ricostruire il motore. - Ken

Removed the cylinder and look what I found!

That piece of piston was chewed up and blew out the exhaust port!

It works great. Even enough room for draining the oil and has everything ready for another motor to be rebuilt. Good height for me to dismantle and re-assemble.
Note: One very important thing is to make sure the speedo drive is not connected unless the cable sheath is stretched out. By pulling on the end of the cable where it would attach to the speedo one can free it from the drive in the engine.
Cable ends for the carburetor allow function of the choke and throttle. A mirror is a necessity to make sure the rings are in their proper position for installation - Ken

Easy to set timing and test the ignition properly - The stand is great for cleaning an old, dirty 500MP motor

When it's finished, ship it in it's own crate
