Ape MP 600 cambio

ciao a tutti. disturbo in merito ad un ape mp 600. In retromarcia da dei colpi al cambio come se uscisse la marcia e poi riaggancia . Sembra che l'ingranaggio di inversione non inserisca bene. Quando invece ho la marcia avanti non fa questo difetto e quindi ho provato a regolare il filo pensando che non era abbastanza rilasciato per l'inversione avanti - dietro - ma non é migliorato molto. Domanda: ha qualcuno un manuale motore ? Sapete quale ingranaggio o selettore fa questa funzione di inversione ? grazie e saluti

Reverse gear is only to be selected when the engine is in neutral. The best test is to put the rear of the Ape up on jacks so the rear wheels don't touch the ground. Make sure the front wheel is blocked in position so the Ape can't move. Start the engine and make sure it's in neutral.
Through the open left door pull in the clutch lever then move the reverse gear lever to try and get it into reverse. Then set it in first or second gear and slowly release the clutch lever and see if the rear wheels are moving in reverse.
Then pull on the clutch lever, select neutral and move the lever to the forward position. When you hear the gear action going from reverse to forward select first or second gear and slowly release the clutch lever and see if the rear wheels move in a forward direction.
With age the reverse cable stretches but there is an adjustment to tighten the cable under the dashboard where the cable is attached to the reverse lever.
You will find manuals on my website to assist you. It is best to have two people when doing this test because if anything slips and the Ape comes off the jack stands you'll need to turn off the ignition to stop it. One person sits inside as if driving the Ape and the other person watches the action of the rear wheels and to shout a warning if there's a problem. - Ken

Poi tirare la leva della frizione , selezionare neutro e spostare la leva sulla posizione in avanti . Quando si sente l'azione del cambio che va da inversione di trasmettere selezionare prima o seconda marcia e rilasciare lentamente la leva della frizione e vedere se le ruote posteriori si muovono in una direzione in avanti .
Con l'età i tratti di cavo inversa ma esiste una rettifica per tendere il cavo sotto il cruscotto in cui il cavo è collegato alla leva di marcia .
Troverete manuali sul mio sito per aiutarla . E ' meglio avere due persone quando si fa questo test, perché se qualcosa scivola e l' Ape si stacca la presa sta avrete bisogno di spegnere il motore per fermarlo . Una persona si siede dentro , come se guidare l' Ape e l'altra persona orologi l'azione delle ruote posteriori e per gridare un avviso se c'è un problema . - Ken
