It's an Altinboga Maya 497cc Kubota diesel manufactured in Turkey and has a feature where the pickup bed slides rearward to access the engine for service. - Ken

A note of general interest. I have compiled to date 168 manufacturers worldwide, current and out of production Manufacturers of motocarro/motocarri/motocarros/motocargas/tuk tuk/autorickshaw/phat phati/triporteur/triportor/ - whatever has 3 wheels but I've tended to stay away from cars. Each Manufacturer has a photo file of images I've collected including Depliants, brochures, photos from all over the World, past and present. Over the weekend I'd uploaded some 28 additional manufacturers and there are 6 new ones to add to the list. In the Picture Gallery on my website it's called "Motocarro Mundo". In addition there is a "Piaggio Ape Photo Gallery" broken down to different types with photos of each. A good resource compiled in my "spare time".
