New to the Piaggio (Ape 50 Panel Van to be precise)

I am new to the whole Piaggio thing (I saw an Ape 50 Panel Van for the first time in Poland as a Ice Cream Delivery Truck), and I am here to ask a couple of questions (since I couldn't find the answers anywhere else).

What is the max speed of the Ape 50 Panel Van with no load? What about half load? Full load? (I live in America, so I don't have any engine restrictions or slow speed limits, so I'm asking about these speeds after the vehicle has been de-restricted, if its possible).

What does it run on (diesel or gasoline)? If diesel, then is it possible to modify the vehicle to run on gasoline (its hard to find a gas station in America with diesel)?

What is the average cost (in American dollars)? How much would it cost to get it imported to Chicago, Illinois (also in American dollars) from the UK, Spain, or France? How long would it take to get here?
