Problem will be in the throttle slide, cable in the top of the carburetor. Might be sticking so it can be pulled and lubricated and adjusted if necessary - Ken
T.V Carburatore.jpg
Undo the two screws and lift up and make sure the slide is free but the return spring is properly in place so it can push the throttle slide back down when the throttle is released. Might have come undone

I see there has been lots of repairs to the lower front of the cabin where it meets the floor pan. Make sure from underneath behind the front wheel that the repairs were carried out in this area as well because it rusts badly and weakens the area where the floor pan attaches to the center tunnel. With increased displacement you'll need a bigger main jet in your carburetor or the motor will run too lean. - Ken

This is probably what your floor pan looked like before the repairs were made

When it's bad under the cabin, it's really bad and there's no strength left in the floor

Hello Ken,
Fortunately the rust on the floor wasn't so heavy, I've only filled and passed a coat of rust, because the work that was done by the previous owner was a little rough.
So now i must re-paint the lower side of the floor with high solid protection coating.
I put a new photo of the wornk in progress.. thanks for your support and photos.

Put a tray under the battery and a rubber 'bib' under the brake pump so leaks will drip onto the floor mat and not underneath it where it quietly does it's rusty business - Ken

spray the brake nipple with lubricant. If a 10mm wrench doesn't loosen it you'll need vice grips but be careful not to round the brake nipple or you'll need to buy a new brake line. Even a bit of heat on the nipple will help but lots of lubricant is the answer - Ken

Buon lavoro!
