Sostituzione ammortizzatore anteriore tm 601/703

Ragazzi dinuovo ciao. Secondo vuoi quando si rende necessario sostituire l'ammortizzatore anteriore? Anche la molla? Quali sono le prove per verificare che l'ammortizzatore si è scaricato? Grazie... Minoape

rimuovere il parafango anteriore e svitare il dado in alto dell'ammortizzatore, sarà poi libera di rimuovere con la molla per il test / sostituzione - Ken - go here - http://www.kjjohnson.ca/piaggio/VESPACA ... entPic=420 -

Ciao amanti dell'ape. L'ammortizzatore che montavo non era quello del 703, ma di un ape diverso (forse un mp).
Ho già postato alcune domande a Ken, che mi ha risposto in modo esaustivo a questo post (https://www.mondoape.com/apepiaggio/view ... 26&start=0).
Quando avrò montato il motore vi farò sapere come va.... CIAO, CIAO...

Ciao, possiedo un ape tm703.Mi sembra che sia un pò rigido. Sento le buche in maniera brusca ma come faccio a capire se son gli ammortizzatori da cambiare, esiste un test da fare?Ma voi a quanto pompate le ruote come indica il libretto 2,8 ant e 4,5 post?

io ho un tm p 602 che mi sto mettendo
a nuovo ma visto l argomento se è possibile
vorrei capire se l ammortizzatore ant della 602 è
uguale alla 703 perche proprio ieri mi è
arrivato il nuovo da un acquisto su internet
ma la flangia mobile in basso che sostiene la
molla risulta piu bassa e mi sa che il precarrico
è minore.

salve
risolto il problema del ammortizzatore ant.
ho costruito una boccola in alluminio visto
che la flangia di compressione molla è
amovibile e l ho posizionata sotto x ripristinare
la quota originale ... ora è ok!!!

il problema dei 2 tipi di ammortizzatori
commercializzati con due quote di precarico
molla diverso è che un tipo sarebbe così detto
rinforzato quindi più rigido !!
si apprezza a pieno carico e magari viaggiando in 2.
Questo mi ha detto un veterano meccanico d ape !
Con la boccola anch essa amovibile si ha una, più o meno,
sospensione regolabile ... non da pit lane!!

Ciao, ho un ape tm3 come posso capire che codice ha l'ammortizzatore anteriore?
In rete trovo sia codice 566505 e 566506.
I venditori mi hanno rispettivamente risposto che sono ambedue compatibili, ma allora pkè i codici diversi?
Lo smontaggio , rimontaggio è complicato?

Not hard to replace. Remove the front fender and tire. Place a jack under the front of the cabin with the rear wheels blocked to stop movement. Undo the top nut, washer and rubber bushing on the shock absorber. Elevate the front of the Ape with the jack and the shock and spring will drop down and will be free of the top mount. Swivel it ahead to remove the spring. Undo the large nut holding the base of the shock. There's another rubber bushing on the top of the shock. "Si è originale Piaggio, ma, in base all'anno, non è adatto al Vostro TM.
Il Vostro TM dovrebbe avere una molla più lunga che successivamente, negli anni 90 è stata sostituita con altra di dimensione diversa e conseguentemente è cambiato anche l'ammortizzatore.
Se ci da la lunghezza della molla possiamo confermarVi quanto già comunicatoVi."

Ordering parts can be a nightmare. I've ordered front shock absorbers for my P501's and the number is 566503 and they're a perfect fit. I suggest you talk to Aniello, tell him Ken sent you. Contact him at his business - l.a._moto@inwind.it - ( Aniello Liguori in Sarno ) he will have the correct one. He's been very good to me. If you want, send me an email through my website - ken@kjjohnson.ca - and I will send Aniello an email with a copy to you as a form of introduction. Give him the model and serial number.
If you've been searching on the internet on ebay you'll find a lot of the advertisements have no part number. You're not buying original Piaggio parts so be very careful, they will be copies. Tell Aniello you want an original Piaggio part to be safe. Some sellers only offer the shock absorber, not with the rubber bushings, washer, lock washer and nut, that's why their price may seem attractive so make sure you buy 'completo' - Ken
