He restores and also buys old ones for parts and sells them too - he fixed one for my Rally 200 and one for my Lambretta - look like new.

I have seen some NOS ones on eBay and some out of India (from 24 - 30 USD with free shipping - don't know the quality)

I could also ask around on the classifieds and a collector I know if he has one available.
