To find out if both door openings are the same (we know the right front of the Ape was damaged) make a cardboard template of the upper left door opening which seems undamaged and then use the template on the right side door opening to see if they're the same or the damage has warped the door opening and it must be fixed. - Ken

The template has shown the problem with the right door opening. I've advised Tony to build a 'supporto cabina' but first I must know if the board that goes inside the cabin attached through the lower door hinges will fit. If it's built to the same measurements and doesn't fit that will tell us where part of the problem lies. I believe there will be some adjustments to the right side door opening necessary. We'll see - Ken

Ho consigliato Tony per costruire un 'supporto cabina', ma prima devo sapere se la scheda che va all'interno della cabina collegato attraverso la porta inferiore cerniere si adattano. this should be the problem.
also by measuring the lower part of the cabin where are the pins (see photo) there is a different space. how to proceed? the bottom part of the cab are all welded with iron plates."

beh si questa porta non vuole proprio mettersi a posto!!! ora intanto procedo a visionare la parte retro dell'ape. intanto stavo pensando ai colori.
mi piace sia il bianco panna o bianco antico oppure un azzurro chiaro.
la base sotto l 'ape nera o grigia.
e i cerchi??
